By request, we’re starting off Group & Team Coaching 101 with the Structure & Mechanics you need in order to offer Group & Team Coaching to your clients. This SIG will cover the structure and mechanics of your offer, your role, the contract, establishing the coaching agreement, and setting expectations.

About Diana Ideus, PCC
Diana Ideus is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders and mentoring coaches with Hawthorne Union. Hawthorne Union provides continuing education approved by the International Coaching Federation to support ongoing coach and professional development.
