Antara Prasad applies insights from neuroscience to help leaders and organizations make change stick. For two decades, she has worked with companies like Pfizer, Kellogg’s, and Deloitte to adopt new ways of working to support growth during disruptive times.
About Maren Gube, Ph.D.
Dr. Maren Gube helps organizations innovate by developing emotionally intelligent cultures, where empathy fosters engagement, hope, and creativity in times of uncertainty. Her Ph.D. research focused on how context influences creative and critical thinking, and her work on why women leave STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields has earned several awards. Previous career experience includes executive roles in the industry.
About Ellen Cohen, J.D., CPCC, PCC
Ellen Cohen, J.D., CPCC, PCC, is an executive coach certified by CTI and the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is an enhanced practitioner in Conversational Intelligence (CIQ). She focuses her coaching on senior executives and lawyers across industries (e.g., banking, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consulting, entertainment and healthcare) to enhance their professional impact, build high-performance skills, and cultivate wellbeing and resilience. Prior to becoming a coach, Ellen spent over 20 years as an entertainment attorney in business affairs at Disney, Showtime, Sony, Fox, and Microsoft. She also holds certifications in yoga, meditation, reiki, and breathwork. She received her BA from Brandeis University and her JD from Emory University School of Law.
