Description:
Are You Curious About Revisions to The ICF Code of Ethics and What This Means for You?
Staying Out of Ethical Hot Water Training Part 2 of 2
This ethics training will provide a deeper understanding of the recent ICF Code of Ethics revisions and the reasons behind these additions, changes, and expansion to the code.
We will be reviewing and discussing the changes and updates to the second half of the code and what they mean to you, your coaching and your business.
In this training we will take a closer look at:
- A high-level review of overall revisions
- Continuing review of code and subcategories
- Continued review of the new – Ethical Interpretive Statements (EIS)
We will examine together a coaching dilemma specific to how a coach might get into ethical hot water due to lack of clarity and appropriate application of the code of ethics.
As part of this training, you will receive a handout with the new code of ethics, which includes highlights of all-new sections and additions to code as well as a reference back to the prior code. This will allow you to quickly see what’s new and what’s not. Also an updated version of the Ethics Interpretive Statements.
This training will include discussion as well as time for Q and A at points throughout the training.
Join Tina Elliot, MBA, PCC, BCC & Coaching Ethics Specialist for this ethics training to gain clarity on these code revisions and what changes you might need to make in your coaching and/or your coaching business to align more fully to the updated code of ethics.
