Join ICFLA for the Fourth Annual Talent Summit – Networking in the New Now!
Meet new colleagues, connect with other organizations doing complementary work, and have some serious professional fun! This is a fully participatory interactive Zoom event that you will not want to miss!
We partnered with Xchange, a dedicated outside team whose sole role will be to make your zoomed exchanges innovative, effective, and fun! Be prepared to proactively connect with other professionals in our LA community. (Note: if you want to stay passive, this meeting may not be for you.)
Throughout the Talent Summit, you’ll be actively networking with other professionals 9 from 5 other Los Angeles member organizations) – sharing about yourself and making new useful connections through numerous organized networking breakouts.
– Learn from author Abraham Gutsioglou about useful tools and the power of leveraging our different organizational lenses in this “new now.”
– Join in a spontaneous relevant musical performance from NSA speaker and musician Harold Payne.
– Choose a deeper dive with a couple of member organizations. (Each organization will have information about their focus and events.)
Have fun by learning new skills from different organizations. Practice using them in supportive breakouts.
– Finally, kick back at the end with your own cocktail (or mocktail) and continue making connections to support your professional growth!
