For one month, our January 29th Cafe topic will shift away from our conversation on Pamela McLean’s book, Self as Coach, Self as Leader. Instead, we will spend the hour diving into a discussion into what we as coaches need to do more than anything else, listen. Join us to review Oscar Trimboli’s Four Villians of Listening and should you feel inclined, collaborate on a MURAL whiteboard to support our journey as thought partners with our clients. Consider taking Oscar’s Listening Villians Quiz before the cafe to make it even more dynamic for you.
Coaching Cafe Conversations are monthly gatherings with an aim to collaborate, share, and reflect on new coaching models, trends, and concepts. Our Virtual Coaching Cafe Conversations are loosely organized to focus on developing organic and fruitful conversations that are less about coach development and more about community. With that, we always come with a topic should our community attendees decide to spend the hour discussing it.
