Other coaching thought leaders share that NOT asking ‘why’ in certain situations will keep our clients from the real change they seek. WHAT?
Join in for a lively conversation where we pit WHAT versus WHY and challenge our thinking regardless of what (or why) side of the aisle we land.
Coaching Cafe Conversations are monthly gatherings with an aim to collaborate, share, and reflect on new coaching models, trends, and concepts. Our Virtual Coaching Cafe Conversations are loosely organized to focus on developing organic and fruitful conversations that are less about coach development and more about community. With that, we always come with a topic should our community attendees decide to spend the hour discussing it.
