Description
In this session, we will explore coaching trends in 2024. Part of embodying a Coaching Mindset includes engaging in ongoing learning and development as a coach. By the end of the session, participants will develop awareness of new trends, integrate the information received in their coaching practices and develop strategies to keep informed of coaching trends.
About Dr. Damian Goldvarg
Dr. Damian Goldvarg, MCC, ACTC, ESIA is a long-standing member of the ICF Los Angeles Chapter since 2006 and the Past ICF Global President in 2013 and 2014. He serves as the co-leader of the Americas Coaching Supervision Network and the Latin American MCCs Network. Internationally recognized as a pioneer in Coaching Supervision, Dr. Goldvarg has authored and co-authored nine coaching books. He facilitates virtual global certifications accredited by the ICF in Coaching, Team Coaching, and Coaching Supervision.
