Whether you are an experienced coach, just launching your practice, or coach curious, a Coaching Cafe is for YOU!
Attending a Cafe is an informal opportunity to build relationships and share ideas. There is no charge for participating, and you do not need to be a member of ICFLA to attend. Topics can range from how we maintain work/life balance as coaches to challenges we might face with our clients.
About Michele Roberts
Michele Roberts is a life and executive coach in the Los Angeles area. She works with BetterUp, coaching corporate professionals at various levels—from new graduates to Senior Directors. She also has a private coaching practice that provides financial and life coaching to mission-driven entrepreneurs. She is dedicated to helping her clients build an integrated life and business aligned with their values.
Michele is a CPA who has worked for nearly 30 years serving clients in the Software, Entertainment, Real Estate, and Professional Service sectors, namely in accounting and finance. Through her firm, Total Accounting and Bookkeeping Inc., her team serves as the outsourced accounting department for their clients, providing insights to promote business growth. Through developing deep relationships, Michele and her team help clients uncover success in business and balance in their lives.
In addition to certification through ICF, Michele has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and maintains her coaching and accounting certifications through various professional development coursework. She is also pursuing a professional certification in The Trauma of Money, a course that explores frameworks for healing both collective and individual traumas to create financial safety and well-being. She is dedicated to enhancing the collective economic status of people of color in the U.S.
