This moderated panel of AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) coaches will share their experiences, perspectives, and insights working with AAPI clients. The program is designed to foster a deeper understanding and awareness of the diversity and factors affecting the AAPI community.

About Ming Chen

Ming is an Executive & Leadership Coach partnering with AAPI women to create more seats at the table and get to the C-Suite. She works with those at the intersection of race, gender, tech, and leadership. They are usually stuck in the margins of the workplace; they are usually the only woman and AAPI in the room. Her focus is largely driven by her own lived experiences in tech faced with gaslighting, microaggressions, conscious and unconscious biases, and generally the lack of support.

About Duy Nguyen

Duy is a neuro-transformational coaching instructor based in Los Angeles. He utilizes neuroscience-based frameworks to empower those identifying as AAPI, neurodiverse, and/or LGBTQ+. With a decade of experience in research, engineering, and employee advocacy, Duy finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients articulate their experiences and choose their own paths forward. His clients value his use of metaphors and imagery, which engage the brain’s right hemisphere.
