Description:
Since the 1980s, when Nike debuted the slogan “Just Do It,” we have bought into the idea that discipline, hustle, and relentless tenacity are what’s needed to get results or even just survive in our busy worlds. This constant “Push Energy” has resulted in record levels of burnout and disengagement in the work world, not just with employees but all the way up to the C Suite.
The “Just Do It” era is over, and it’s time to put down the “Busy Badge of Honor.” What got us here is not going to get us where we want to go.
To shift this paradigm, we must learn to tap into our desire and commitment to create what Tara Butler Floch has coined “Pull Energy.” Pull Energy is about igniting our intrinsic motivation so we are pulled into action and make an emotional commitment that sustains us, even when challenges rear their ugly heads (because they will!)
It’s time to stop pushing and start pulling. Are you ready to heed the call?
By the end of this webinar, attendees will:
- Leave with a formula for creating sustained Pull Energy
- Learn 3 key ways to build your desire and commitment so you can keep your energetic gas tank full, get better results with less effort, and have a heck of a lot more fun.
- Be inspired to stop settling and start unlocking your greatest potential.
