The mission of the ICFLA Board is in support and execution of ICFLA's overall purpose. Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

As an MCC and Certified Professional Resume Writer, Tiffany A. Dedeaux has 15+ years of empowering purpose-driven professionals across tech, consulting, sales, marketing, and design. Inspired by her Master's in Ecopsychology, she takes a co-active coaching approach to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and boost operational efficiency. Chief Empowerment Officer at Sacred Time, Tiffany's clients include ABC, Microsoft, Expedia, Facebook, Indeed, Boeing, Amazon.

Fred is a certified leadership coach and operational executive with over 30 years of experience in B2C and B2B operations. He coaches leaders across multiple industries, from mid-level to C-suite, through individual, group, and team coaching. His professional experience is anchored in operational leadership with a concentration in field and service operations and balanced across large Fortune 100 companies like Comcast, Spectrum, and RadioShack and scaling startups in renewable energy.
Samantha Kramer, ACC

Samantha is a certified coach (ACC), a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified scrum master, and a human resources professional. Samantha is the founder of Kramer Consulting Group, where she provides executive coaching and strategic consulting. She completed her Executive Master of Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on strategic planning and social innovation.

Karyn Ezell is a people strategist and executive leadership coach with 20+ years of experience in corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. She helps clients develop strategies for long-term success, personal fulfillment, improved relationships, and organizational effectiveness. Karyn holds a bachelor's in business administration and a master's in organizational psychology. An ICF-certified coach, she specializes in leadership, performance, life transitions, and well-being. Karyn is an active member of the ICF ethics community.

Laila is a Certified Professional Coach and Maslow Leadership Certified Executive Culture Coach. Before launching her own coaching company, NovaQuest Coaching, Laila served as the Digital Health Practice Leader at Fleming Martin Executive Search. Prior to that, she spent 9 years leading sales training efforts for Johnson & Johnson Vision.
