The mission of the ICFLA Board is in support and execution of ICFLA's overall purpose. Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

Samantha Kramer, ACC
President

Samantha is a certified coach (ACC), a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified scrum master, and a human resources professional. Samantha is the founder of Kramer Consulting Group, where she provides executive coaching and strategic consulting. She completed her Executive Master of Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on strategic planning and social innovation.

Tiffany Dedeaux, PCC
President-Elect

As an MCC and Certified Professional Resume Writer, Tiffany A. Dedeaux has 15+ years of empowering purpose-driven professionals across tech, consulting, sales, marketing, and design. Inspired by her Master's in Ecopsychology, Tiffany takes a co-active coaching approach to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and boost operational efficiency. She helps visionaries from entry- to C-level find their voice and rise to every challenge. As Chief Empowerment Officer at Sacred Time, Tiffany's clients include ABC, Microsoft, Expedia, Facebook, Indeed, Boeing, and Amazon.

Joel Pérez, PCC
Secretary

Joel Pérez is the owner and executive coach at Apoyo Coaching and Consulting. He is a former C-suite executive in higher education where he held various roles in a 20-year career. He is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory that he uses as the foundation for cultural humility coaching. He works with executives and leaders who want to become stronger DE&I allies and social justice advocates. He also works with organizations to assist them in developing strategic plans for diversity to implement sustainable DE&I efforts more effectively.

Matt is an Executive, Career and Personal Development Coach, and Emerging Markets Finance Advisor. Matt has a 35+ years successful track record in leading and managing global teams in commercial, investment, and development finance in New York, Washington, DC, and London. He completed his executive coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and is ICF-certified.

Board Advisor / Immediate Past President 

Diana Ideus has her Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior and is one of only 1300 coaches globally to have attained the level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  Her book Listen: Mentor Coaching for Coaches and other resources for coaches and leaders are available at www.hawthorneunion.com.

Adeline M.L. Yoong is a Success and Empowerment Coach who works with rising and seasoned leaders, change makers, advocates, and activists interested in making a positive impact in this world. Adeline has over thirty years of experience in government relations, public affairs, and marketing in the corporate world, government sector, and political arena. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco a BA in Psychology, and minor in Women’s Studies from Carleton College.

Before launching her own coaching company, NovaQuest Coaching, Laila served as the Digital Health Practice Leader at Fleming Martin Executive Search. Prior to that, she spent 9 years leading sales training efforts for Johnson & Johnson Vision.
