About Rafael Bracero
Prof. Rafael Bracero is an ICF ACC-credentialed executive coach with over 20 years of corporate leadership experience at Fortune 500 firms, including The Walt Disney Company, Procter & Gamble, Activision, and Warner Media, which provides him a deep understanding of the intricacies of leadership development and corporate ecosystems. He is an Adjunct Marketing Communications Professor at the USC Annenberg School of Communication. Rafael’s prior roles have encompassed brand marketing, strategy, and AI and adtech implementations. Prof. Bracero was recently awarded an AI Spark grant for AI coaching use cases and has led hands-on AI platform seminars for marketing professionals.
Prof. Bracero holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from USC’s Marshall School of Business, a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Rafael offers coaching sessions and team coaching in both English and Spanish (native speaker)
