Description
Discovering a new path requires stepping off into the unknown, yet the human brain craves certainty. How can coaches help clients find the courage and creativity to explore new ground that leads to truly awesome, novel outcomes? Understanding the framework of the heroic journey and creative process reveals how humans, regardless of our 21st-century penchant for a sure thing built on large data sets, are really brilliant at making it up as we go along.
Feel called to join this interactive workshop? Come explore a new – yet tried and true – territory of bravery and brilliance all people have. Connect to how you personally experience these qualities (which ICF core competencies are based on.) Then manifest your own unique understanding of how to share the concepts with your clients.
Key Takeaways:
- A basic understanding of the hero’s journey and the creative process
- Awareness of the importance of the “explore” step in creating new outcomes for clients
- Ability to apply your inherent courage and creativity in your life and coaching
