Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice that continually builds the capacity and mastery of the coach through reflective dialogue, benefiting both coaches and clients.
Whether you are a newer coach or an experienced one, you and your peers will find a welcome and resonant space to gather and reflect.
Before the session, we invite you to consider if you have an active client case or a theme you’ve noticed in your coaching to discuss and reflect on together. That said, if you’ve never experienced coaching supervision or aren’t sure if your case is appropriate, come anyway to learn and grow!

About DeBorah “Sunni” Smith, MS, JD. LLM, PCC
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Sunni Smith is a past ICFLA board member. With a counseling, business, and law background, she earned certifications in Team Advantage Coaching®, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, and Conversational Intelligence®(C-IQ) early in her coaching career. She is certified in individual and group SUPERvision and was awarded an EMCC Supervision Quality Award while providing Coaching SUPERvision for Mindful Leadership Consulting and National Arts Strategies (NAS). While holding several assessment certifications, Sunni is also retained as an executive coaching contractor with the Ariel Group, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the UCLA Anderson Graduate MBA Program, and Leading Edge. Her most recent certification work is in Creating Futures that Work ® (CFTW), including its LISA (Leadership Innovation Skills Assessment) instrument. This year, she was recruited to provide group coaching SUPERvision for Coaching for Social Justice (CSJ).
