Have you ever found yourself wondering if you have been effective working with a client? Have you had ethical dilemmas and found yourself wanting to connect with someone who can help you to think the situation through? Coaching Supervision is an opportunity to reflect on your work with a colleague, to take a step back and from a distance, and a collective “super-vision” space, explore what is working well and what could be different.
During this SIG you will have the opportunity to present your coaching challenges and questions and learn from your colleagues’ experiences. Come prepared to share a challenge or success story with your peers and take your coaching to the next level!
