Description
In this session, we will explore ethical dilemmas we found in our coaching work and how supervision works with coaches to support them in navigating them.
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- Recognize when to bring ethical dilemmas to supervision.
- Understand the normative role of the supervisor.
- Apply the ICF Code of Ethics to ethical dilemmas.
