Description
Our world is in a perpetual state of disruption and transition. How can we best support our colleagues as we also replenish our own reserves when the stakes are high, the background is loaded, and truly peaceful moments can be hard to find? The practice of coaching supervision and holding space for reflection, meaning making and learning is a vital support for coaches. It is in this space that a coach can develop her personal and professional presence, practice, and processes as she develops her resilience, maturity, and sustainability. In this session, we will be looking at a framework for ‘Resilience Resourcing’ – thriving through coach supervision, with a priority on restoration – for ourselves, our coaches, their clients, our world.
