Description
The demographics of our clients have changed, and they are bringing with them challenges that they are asking us to help them with. This could include the following: microaggressions, code-switching, unconscious bias, etc. Do you feel prepared to help them with these challenges and how it impacts the goals they are trying to achieve? This presentation will cover how you can begin to develop cultural self-awareness and other awareness to help you serve your changing clients more effectively. It starts with developing cultural self-awareness and other awareness.
