About Adeline Yoong
Adeline coaches rising and seasoned leaders ready to unlock their full potential and make a meaningful impact in their lives and the world. With an approach that blends proven coaching modalities, she helps her clients break through barriers and achieve transformative growth. Her work empowers individuals whether they are seeking to elevate their leadership, create a more fulfilling life, maximize their performance, or silence the limiting beliefs that hold them back from lasting success.
About Ming Chen
Ming is an Executive & Leadership Coach partnering with AAPI women to create more seats at the table and get to the C-Suite. She works with those at the intersection of race, gender, tech, and leadership. They are usually stuck in the margins of the workplace; they are usually the only woman and AAPI in the room. Her focus is largely driven by her own lived experiences in tech faced with gaslighting, microaggressions, conscious and unconscious biases, and generally the lack of support.

With a decade of experience in research, engineering, and employee advocacy, Duy finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients articulate their experiences and choose their own paths forward. His clients value his use of metaphors and imagery, which engage the brain’s right hemisphere.
