Description
In this interactive SIG, we’ll explore a tool coaches can use to help their clients gain greater insight into their self-awareness. By creating a Stakeholder Map, clients can more clearly understand the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations they experience with the people around them. Clients also gain insight into how these experiences impact their relationships and interactions with others.
You’ll learn:
- How to create a Stakeholder Map.
- Ways to incorporate a Stakeholder Map into a coaching session.
- How a Stakeholder Map can help clients more clearly understand the present state of their relationships with others and how they can create a desired state.
- Ways to help clients reduce internal messages and chatter that help them manage themselves, emotions, and relationships.
- How a Stakeholder Map relates to enhancing self-awareness.
