She has worked in higher education administration\, non-profit management\, and people & business strategy. Desiree holds a B.A. in Art and in American Studies from Yale University\, an MBA from Seattle University where she has assisted with graduate leadership courses\, and a Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching and MA in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University where she is now pursuing a Ph.D. \n  \n\n\n\n\nAbout Kathy Hadizadeh\, PCC \nKathy Hadizadeh is a former tech executive and an ICF Professional Certified Leadership and Executive Coach (PCC). Building on two Masters in Systems Engineering and Information Management and 15 years in corporate global leadership roles\, Kathy supports corporate leaders in their integral development and corporations in growing a culture of mindfulness and mindful leadership through Heart-Mind Tuning Corporation. Kathy is also a UCLA Trained Mindfulness Educator and a SIYLI Certified Neuroscience based Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence consultant. \n  \nAbout Alison Whitmire\, PCC \nAlison Whitmire is the President of Learning in Action (LIA)\, a company committed to healing the divide within and between people. We believe we can become divided from our divine essence (and similarly divided from others) in ways we don’t know and can’t see. We aim to heal the divide through the cultivation of loving awareness for ourselves\, others and the world. \nAlison is an authority in Emotional and Relational Intelligence\, a Professional Certified Coach\, a Master EQ Practitioner and a Certified Narrative Coach.
