In November, we discuss coaching executives who are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Often their technical knowledge can be a barrier against coaching conversations. Join us and explore tips, tools and techniques for creating connections with these challenging high performers.  

Your host, Tom Henschel, has been coaching executives at companies like AT&T, Disney, Netflix, and Walmart for more than twenty-five years. In addition to leading his own company, he’s a founding coach at Corporate Coaching International and a senior coach with Arden Consulting, Aria Consulting, and Executive Coaching Connections.
