What changes in your coaching agreements and coaching practice when you are working with a team? In our first Group & Team Coaching Special Interest Group for the year, we’ll explore the new ICF Team Competencies and how those apply to your practice.
Please attend this highly interactive SIG with webcams on, as you will be placed into discussion groups after introductory remarks. As it is our first special interest group of the year, we’ll also be voting on preferred topics and methods for the Group & Team Special Interest Group for 2021
• Determine and discuss the difference between Team Coaching, Group Coaching, and other types of facilitation
• Create awareness on the updated ICF Core Competencies and the new ICF Team Competencies
• Share best practices and challenges related to Group & Team Coaching
About Diana Ideus, MCC
Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders and mentoring coaches with Hawthorne Union. Hawthorne Union provides continuing education approved by the International Coaching Federation to support ongoing coach and professional development.
