This workshop will enable one-on-one coaches wishing to dive into team coaching to understand a number of nuances involved. It will also be beneficial for existing team coaches and team coaching SUPERvisors as we explore digital image cards to enable a coach to uncover their experiences, beliefs and learning on their team(s) and team coaching.
Clare will also share a team diagnostic tool to enable co-created iterative team coaching roadmaps whilst enabling you to experiment with gestalt and somatic work to ascertain team coaching readiness.
This workshop will enable you to develop skills of connecting with a team as an entity whilst tapping into the needs of the wider system and field.
