About Diana Ideus, MCC
Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders in education, tech, finance, and healthcare. Diana has developed leadership content and group coaching programs in academic and corporate environments. About Mike Thompson
Mike has served as both an internal and external coach for over 20 years, supporting leaders at all organizational levels – from first-time supervisors to seasoned executives. For half those years, he led teams of professionals responsible for managing leadership development programs and services in large organizations. He has worked in a variety of industries and has therefore accumulated a set of rich experiences in understanding individual and organizational success. With his undergraduate degree in psychology and his MBA, he is passionate about helping leaders navigate through complex organizational dynamics to achieve professional and career success. Much of his coaching experience has focused on emotional intelligence, leadership branding, executive presence, team leadership, influence, cross-cultural effectiveness, and DEI. In his coaching work with leaders, Mike likes to utilize a “strengths-based approach,” helping leaders assess and explore their unique strengths to maximize their leadership effectiveness and impact.
About Nackia Salmon
Nackia is the Lean Leader and Executive Coach for the GEnx Commercial Aircraft Engine, the fastest-selling, best fuel efficiency and operational reliability high-thrust jet engine. This enables the engine to power many of the longest flights globally and provide route flexibility for more flights per year resulting in more revenue for airlines.
In this role, Nackia is responsible for creating and executing the strategy for optimizing the resources, efforts and operations of the organization to create value for our customers through continuous improvement and respect for people.
Nackia was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University and is currently completing her Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Development from University of Texas. She now resides in Cincinnati Ohio with her husband Keron and 3 sons Joshua (17), David (10) and Elisha(9).
