This event is a fireside chat with Jordan Taylor, Medley’s Co-Founder and CEO. Medley is a group coaching platform that partners with organizations to support their emerging leaders. Medley coaches are experts in small group coaching that builds self-awareness, perspective, and connection – empowering modern leaders to grow into their best selves at work and in life.
During this fireside chat, Jordan will share her observations on the changing landscape of group coaching and how companies are more and more eager to establish group coaching programs.
There will be an opportunity to engage in conversation with Jordan through a Q&A and to spend time reflecting with others on how these changes might influence your own work or business.

About Jordan Taylor
Jordan’s purpose is to create teams and groups where people can be their true selves. She co-founded Medley, a group coaching platform for leadership development because throughout her life, she’s felt the power that comes from being part of a team and felt a void when it was missing.
Prior to founding Medley, Jordan worked in media as Chief of Staff at Mic and was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She received her AB from Harvard College and her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
About Dominique Mas, PCC
Dominique is the Co-Founder of Group Coaching HQ, an ICF accredited Group Coaching training program and professional learning community.
A lifelong learner, she is fueled by her extensive career in educational leadership, living and working in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
She was instrumental in building Medley, a venture-backed startup founded by Jordan Taylor and her mother, Edith Cooper, Senior Director at Goldman Sachs and board member at Amazon and Pepsi. As their Head of Coaching and Curriculum, Dominique recruited a team of coaches and created group coaching programs for Fortune 100 companies. She has advised companies on building their own group coaching programs and trained hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching.
Passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups, she uses the Hogan assessment and visual thinking techniques in her trainings and coaching and she is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach.
Dominique brings a wide scope of knowledge from her education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC and an ICF Certified Mentor Coach, a Hogan Assessments Certified Coach, and trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute.
A surfer and adventurer, she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY, with her partner, the artist Swissipino, and Professor the Awesome Dog.
