As their Head of Coaching and Curriculum\, Dominique recruited a team of coaches and created group coaching programs for Fortune 100 companies. She has advised companies on building their own group coaching programs and trained hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching. \nPassionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups\, she uses the Hogan assessment and visual thinking techniques in her trainings and coaching and she is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach. \nDominique brings a wide scope of knowledge from her education.
