As group and team coaching is gaining traction in the coaching world, our presenters will share models they use themselves to demonstrate how they have supported individuals and organizations in making cultural shifts.
Join us to learn more about practical uses for group and team coaching and leave with actionable tools to amplify your own coaching impact.
David’s presentation will focus on the handful of designable conditions that most powerfully influence team effectiveness based on 50 years of research from scholars at Harvard, Yale, MIT, and many others, students, and colleagues of Richard Hackman and Ruth Wageman. The focus of the presentation will be on leadership teams, in addition to how team coaching supervision helps team practitioners take their professional practice to the next level of mastery.
Maribel and Dominique’s presentation will focus on the elements of a cohesive coaching cohort. Based on an analysis of hundreds of groups and the data and feedback from group coaching participants, they will dive into each component to help you visualize the various factors that impact the evolution and success of a group program. Hint: It all starts and ends with trust!

About David Matthew Prior
David Matthew Prior brings 20+ years of organizational coaching experience as a Master Certified Coach (ICF credentialed) based in the New York City metropolitan area. His work in coaching executive and senior leadership teams spans internationally across a diversity of industries. David’s approach to leadership development is focused on performance with integrity to align the business, organization, teams, and leadership. David holds additional coaching credentials from ICF and EMCC in team coaching and coaching supervision.

About Dominique Mas
Dominique is the Head of Coaching and Curriculum at Medley, a venture-backed startup, and the Founder of Group Coaching HQ. A lifelong learner, she is fueled by her extensive career in educational leadership, living and working in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. In 2017, she took a leap to transition to the coaching world and combined all the skills she had mastered through her varied experiences. Since then, she has helped build Medley from the ground up, creating coaching programs for companies such as LinkedIn and many others. She has trained over 100 coaches in the art of group coaching and coached outstanding leaders at the intersection of their professional and personal lives.
Passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups, she uses the Hogan assessment and visual thinking techniques in her trainings and coaching. She is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and coach. Dominique brings a broad scope of knowledge from her education. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education, a Masters’ in Educational Leadership and Change, and coaching certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She is a surfer and adventurer, and she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY, with her partner, the artist Swissipino, and Professor the Awesome Dog.
