Description
Group coaching is quickly gaining traction and with reason! It’s a fantastic way to help our clients connect to themselves and others. Participants experience the power of perspective as they learn from one another, build a robust accountability system, and experiment and grow in a safe and brave environment. In addition, group coaching helps our clients develop key listening and leadership skills, empathy, and self-awareness.
In this session, Dominique will cover:
- The difference between group and team coaching
- What group coaching is not!
- The benefits of group coaching for both coaches and participants
- The five steps to creating powerful group coaching programs
- The elements of a cohesive group coaching cohort
This will be an interactive session, and Dominique will answer questions throughout.
By the end of this session, you will learn how to:
- Structure your program for success
- Maintain a coaching mindset (vs. training)
- Create cohesion and trust in your groups
