ICFLA Member Connect is hosted by Tiffany Dedeaux, MCC, and ICFLA President and Executive Coach and ICFLA Director of Membership Karyn Ezell. This is your chance to connect with fellow ICF Los Angeles members, ask burning questions, provide valuable feedback, and, of course, network like a pro.

About Tiffany A. Dedeaux
As an MCC and Certified Professional Resume Writer, Tiffany A. Dedeaux has 15+ years of empowering purpose-driven professionals across tech, consulting, sales, marketing, and design. Inspired by her Master’s in Ecopsychology, Tiffany takes a co-active coaching approach to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and boost operational efficiency. Karyn holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in organizational psychology. An ICF-certified coach, she specializes in leadership, performance, life transitions, and well-being.
