We will cover the following:
- Benefits of 360 over personality tests
- How a 360 process works
- When NOT TO use a 360
- Best practices for a successful debrief
- Common emotional reactions and how to handle them
- Business practices: how to pitch and market a 360 to your clients
This workshop will be interactive, and we will have small breakout rooms for participants to discuss their experiences and learnings with 360s.
Upon conclusion of this webinar, participants will understand the benefits and pitfalls of using a 360 process, be familiar with ways to work with common emotional reactions, know several ways to charge clients for a 360, and feel comfortable advocating for 360s with appropriate clients.
About Nina Rubin
Nina Rubin is an executive and development coach. Nina has coached for over ten years and specializes in coaching from a relational approach. Prior to entering the coaching field, she trained as a psychotherapist and Gestalt therapist. Nina holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in San Diego.
About Kim Perkins
Dr. Kim Perkins is a leadership coach, consultant, and training designer who has worked with leaders at a wide variety of tech, entertainment, and scientific companies, including DeepMind, Warner Bros., and Human Longevity. Kim holds a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University in positive psychology with a speciality in organizational psychology and motivation, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Oberlin College. She lives in Pasadena.
