Description
In the last few sessions, we have had the opportunity to learn about mindfulness, positive intelligence, psychological safety, and risk to name a few topics. In this final session for 2020, come learn about the intersection of Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, and take the opportunity to see these previously presented topics come together through the lens of EQ.
We will walk the four quadrants of EQ, learn about the science of emotion, and employ active listening skills to use EQ in your coaching to bring awareness to triggers, bias, behavioral patterns, and limiting beliefs. Beyond creating awareness, we will also look at how to use EQ in coaching to create action towards changing patterns of behavior in order to fulfill one’s potential and enhance your impact as a coach.
