About Alex Ojeda
Alex Ojeda cares deeply about supporting and growing today’s leaders. He leans into curiosity, compassion, and expansiveness — where the impossible becomes possible.
Alex began leading, facilitating, and coaching teams and individuals during his 7-year tenure at Apple. There, he developed a keen sense of what motivates others, how adults learn, and what it takes to make a good team great. He trained and coached Apple employees across North America in both English and Spanish.
After Apple, Alex was recruited to work at Compass, a national real estate brokerage. During the 5 years he worked there, he grew a team of 4 to a team of over 30. He experienced the growth of the organization from startup to post-IPO and led his team through the transition. Alex collaborated with different teams in Los Angeles and across the country to strategize, implement, and iterate on business plans that would support his team as well as their customers.
Alex left the corporate world to develop his coaching business. He now works with high-performing individuals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders using the transformative power of the Co-Active Coaching Model. Alex is known as a compassionate, approachable, and heart-centered leader. He understands that for an organization to grow, everyone must work together towards a common goal. The team must unite and believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Alex has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, San Diego. He spends time in nature hiking, meditating, camping, and backpacking. He’s also an avid cyclist, swimmer, a loving husband, and cat dad.
About Anais Babajanian
Anais is a business coach + strategist who helps service-based small business owners develop effective delegation skills, dependable systems & processes, and transparent team culture so they can reclaim the freedom and time they need to drive their business’ success.
Anais started her career in public accounting at PwC and left to take over operations at her family’s insurance agency. Over the course of five years, she streamlined the company’s systems and processes, implemented a new onboarding, training, and professional development program, and worked diligently to build a foundation that propelled their growth and eventually led to a sale equal to 3x their gross revenue.
Though implementing these changes in the agency resulted in overwhelm and pushback, it was through these challenges that she discovered her passion for coaching and helping others realize their full potential. She has dedicated her practice to helping other small business owners bridge the gap between themselves and their teams so they can go from merely surviving to thriving.
Outside of coaching, she enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, enjoying (and sometimes performing!) stand-up comedy, and going hiking and camping. She is originally from Houston, TX, and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA, with her husband and their dog, Frida. She has a B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston and received her certification as a coach through Newfield Network’s Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery Training Program.
