Description
Are you a dedicated coach looking to enhance your coaching skills, support your fellow coaches, or work toward your certification goals? Look no further!
Join us for this month’s Reciprocal Coaching SIG, where we will examine ICF Core Competencies 5 (Maintains Presence) and 6 (Listens Actively).
We will examine curiosity, care, and presence and discuss what maintaining presence means to you. “Is fully conscious and present with the client, employing an open, flexible, grounded, and confident style.” ICF International Coaching Federation.
We will also discuss reflections, summaries, and integrating clients’ language into your session. “Focuses on what the client is and is not saying to fully understand what is being communicated in the context of the client systems and to support client self-expression.” ICF International Coaching Federation
You will have time to practice reciprocal coaching with another group member and explore new ways of understanding presence and active listening.
