Description
Are you a dedicated coach looking to enhance your coaching skills, support your fellow coaches, or work toward your certification goals? Look no further!
Join us for this month’s Reciprocal Coaching SIG, where we will focus on Collective Coaching (also known as Fish Bowl Coaching.) This dynamic approach involves one volunteer being coached by the group, which offers a unique opportunity to witness diverse coaching methods and questioning styles in action.
Whether you are looking to refine your techniques or gain new insights from fellow coaches, this session will offer valuable perspectives on how to enhance your approach. Don’t miss out on this collaborative learning experience! We look forward to seeing you there.
