Please login from your computer or download zoom on your phone as we will break out into groups throughout the session, beginning at only a few minutes in. Webcams on please. Please engage in this SIG as you would in a session with your clients.
Description:
Participants will partner in small discussion groups to discuss how they can set Ethical Guidelines and Establish the Coaching Agreement with their clients in a group coaching format. After a brief discussion of best practices, we will talk about Establishing Trust and Intimacy with and for clients in the Group and Team setting. Finally, coaches will observe a group coaching demonstration around the topic of Establishing Trust and Intimacy in a Group Coaching program and have time to discuss and answer questions.
In our session we’ll discuss:
- Establishing the Coaching Agreement
- Expectation Setting
- How will you structure your Group & Team Coaching sessions?
- Building trust in the group setting
- Group Coaching Demonstration
About Diana Ideus, PCC
Diana Ideus is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders and mentoring coaches with Hawthorne Union.
