Belonging is where the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are experienced and truly take hold. It’s the experience people sense when their contribution, participation, and presence are welcome, necessary, and essential features of the whole.
As certified coaches, we frequently work in tandem with Human Resources managers and leaders. HR professionals and coaches can strengthen their alliance by developing a greater understanding of how the challenges around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are impacting the dynamics of Belonging and the experience of our clients. In this teleclass, participants will generate and explore peer-driven strategies for helping clients and organizations creatively engage with the essential features of Belonging.

About Sharlyn Turner-Bryant
Sharlyn Turner-Bryant is the CEO/Founder of Push Play Coaching, LLC. She brings a wealth of diverse HR experience to her practice to assist clients who have been jarred in the workplace to regain confidence, their voice, new perspective and enhanced performance. Sharlyn’s true passion is identifying the facilitators that allow all employees and leaders to excel in the workplace.
