It isn’t enough for a leader to be able to build trust one-to-one with others or even engender trust in groups. To succeed they have to create cultures in which others can easily build and maintain trust. This session will explore how coaches can use the trust-building framework described in The Thin Book of Trust to support leaders and teams in developing such high-trust cultures.

- Participants will have a basic understanding of how culture enables or disables trust.
- Participants will have a framework to help leaders and teams identify aspects of their culture that enable or disable trust-building (creating awareness).
