This time in our history presents a great opportunity for Coaches to be at the forefront of bold, and sustainable Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) culture change. In this session, participants will learn how tangible DEI&B transformation within companies requires a focus on ‘real culture change’. That sustainable DEI&B change is not a tick the box exercise and it will not happen with a just training or communication event, or a policy change, but can happen with a focused, structured, and consistent journey to change mindsets and behaviors.
By the end of this session, coaches will be provided with tools, tips, questions to consider, and the know-how to begin DEI&B conversations with leaders to enable growth, development, and increased competencies. Coaches will leave the session ready to be to engage in DEI&B change conversations as trusted and informed advisors. Participants will be provided a glossary of terms, and with practical and actionable steps they can take to enable Leaders to support their organizations into real DEI&B culture change.
