Who we are and how we show up as leaders impact others in profound ways and often subtle ways. In this program, participants will begin with understanding the key dimensions of diversity and exploring how their diversity profile impacts how they make meaning and move into action. Moving from self-awareness to group dynamics, participants will learn design principles and tools to support greater equity and inclusion in the meetings they lead.
Upon the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:
– Have a greater understanding and awareness of important dimensions of diversity such as social identity, implicit bias, privilege, and allyship.
– Gain insight into the ways they impact inclusion as leaders and facilitators.
– Learn design and facilitation tools for increasing inclusion in group settings
About Sarah Halley
Sarah Halley, PCC is a senior faculty with Presence-Based® Coaching, a management and diversity consultant, leadership coach, improvisational theatre artist, and experiential educator with a passion for learning and social change. As a former engineer, Sarah is both pragmatic and strategic while at the same time she brings creativity, compassion, and a deep understanding of human development into her coaching practice. She is known for her ability to consistently create a supportive and creative space for people to develop themselves as coaches and human beings.
Sarah coaches leaders across a range of industries with a focus on leaders in Academic Medicine and Higher Education.
