Medical Coaching is a growing niche within coaching. This webinar opens a window into the world of Medical Coaching and the coach approach within medical and health contexts. We will address the theoretical and professional pillars of the model, the difference between Medical Coaching and other coaching models, learn new approaches and skills around the quality of life, resilience, chronic stress and burnout, VUCA, and narratives of health and illness and emotional agility.

About Shiri Ben-Arzi
Shiri holds certifications in Health Coaching, Co-active Coaching, Embodiment Coaching, and ADHD Coaching in addition to being an NLP Trainer and Timeline Therapy Master Practitioner. She is the recipient of ICF Ireland’s Medical Coach Award of 2016, Coach Supervisor Award of 2017 and is currently the ICF Health and Wellness Community of Practice co-leader.
Over the past 15 years, Shiri has worked with international leading pharmaceutical companies, medical organizations, and hospitals including MSD, GSK, TEVA, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi, and The Israeli ministry of health, and many more. Shiri’s vision is to facilitate change in the medical system through Medical Coaching and communicational skills, adherence, resilience, and Medical leadership training.
