Applying Laser-Focused coaching allows you to go deeper rather than broader, thereby staying more focused, maximizing the time, and creating long–lasting change. Become aware of what you are actually listening for in every conversation.
The most powerful coaches move quickly beyond the stories and delve into the themes. Listen to a 15-minute coaching segment demonstrating a theme, the shift, direct communication, silence, and evoking awareness.
Formulate an effective way to make questions Immediately powerful that invite more insight. Create deeper curiosity about the person vs. their situation by holding two questions in mind when listening. Experiment with several methods that help to create transformational shifts and justify leaving far more silence than customary.
About Marion Franklin
