Description:
Managers, students, pupils, artists, and athletes must continuously prove themselves in all kinds of test situations: lectures, presentations, exams, public speaking, acquisition, and competitions. In these important life situations, there is often a lack of emotional balance which, despite meticulous preparation, obscures one’s true capability. Wingwave coaching helps people to perform with precise proficiency, confidence, determination, and enthusiasm.
Wingwave is a combination of methods from Behavioural Psychology, a well-researched muscle test (Myostatic Test), and “awake“ REM phases. The name stands for “certainty of precise performance“ through balanced emotions with minimal, but well-targeted, application of methods. This coaching is particularly suitable for the preparation of important performances like lectures, purposeful discussions, presentations, or sports competitions. Various academic studies have shown that two hours of wingwave coaching can lead to the achievement of desired results. During the workshop, Cora will introduce the theory of the method and give live demonstrations.
