As coaches, we see what’s needed: RESILIENCE! Once thought to be a personal characteristic, resilience is now seen as an innate potential we each can deepen and develop. As a result, resilience is emerging as a critical leadership competency. In this teleclass, we will explore a core set of resilience practices, gain knowledge about their essential elements, and learn how to quickly access them in order to sidestep reactivity, shed difficulty, and restore the capacity for creative action.
