Participants will partner in small discussion groups to discuss how they can set Ethical Guidelines and Establish the Coaching Agreement with their clients in a group coaching format. After a brief discussion of best practices, we will talk about Establishing Trust and Intimacy with and for clients in the Group and Team setting.
