This first session of the new Emotional Intelligence Special Interest Group will be both interactive and engaging as we begin with a discussion of emotions, feelings, and their place in coaching. We will explore and spend some time together looking at the importance of emotions and feelings, models for labeling them, and various definitions and explanations of the purpose of emotions.
