In this EI session, we will focus on Self-Awareness, particularly the impact and importance of self-awareness in coaching engagement. We will continue to discuss and build upon emotions and feelings as information and data in surfacing and using the emotions of our clients to create new exploration and impact. We will also explore how we as coaches can track, understand and use our own emotions in service of the client.
