Our very own Tom Henschel, renowned coach and host of the Executive Coaching Special Interest Group, will guide us through an exploration of triggers and introduce us to new EI resources as he teaches us, as coaches, how to become more emotionally fluent. He will also lead us through how to better support our clients in this endeavor of increasing emotional expression and communication. This session will support you in gaining tools to build your own, and your clients’, emotional ease; allow you to explore the distinction between coaching and therapy; and offer trade techniques for managing your own emotions during coaching.
