Based mainly on the book by Michael Carroll and Elisabeth Shaw "Ethical Maturity in the Helping Professions," as well as years of experience as a coach/coaching supervisor and 4 years of investigating potential ethical breaches for ICF Global, the presenter will share thoughts and provoke learning about how each coach has evolved their ethics/moral standards.
