Often used interchangeably, team and group coaching call on very different skills. Teams are a specific type of group, in which all members are working together towards a common goal, usually focused on enhancing the organization or the team’s relationship and processes. Groups bring together individuals who are working towards their own goal and share an interest or challenge. Through coaching, they benefit from the other members’ wisdom and stories.
